I had posted a message on Blogger just before I telephoned you on 29th Jan 2002, but to my utter surprise - it was blanked out.
However, I am sending this message to you at blogger & your email.
I have talked to the managers of MADEKARI Coorg about your proposed visit between 21st Feb and 24th Feb.
The ideal thing for you will be to fly down from Bangalore on 21st evening by Jet Airways at 4:20 in the evening or IA or Jet at 9:20 & 8:45 in the morning on 22nd - take a Cab from Bangalore to Coorg - via Mysore ( 6 hours journey time) - spend 23rd in Coorg visit Orange country, Coffee plantation - leave for Managalore by road early morning on 24th Feb ( 4 hours road journey). Jet Airways leaves Managalore at 2:45 pm on Sunday.
Bombay leg of your journey will involve a visit to Borivali National Park on 24th - National History Society -
visit to Elephanta Caves - visit to Mahim National Park etc.
- Possible visit to Matheran near Mumbai if time permits. Leave for Chennai on 26th by last flight or 27th morning by 7:15 flight.
